What has happened is that you have setup your license to be in the ilok cloud.What you need to do is this:1. Goto the ilok license manager2. Find Rando license in the cloud on the left3. Drag to your computer in the list in the left<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://cloud.monkeyc.audio/llxSqPFZ">https://cloud.monkeyc.audio/llxSqPFZ</a>You can authorize two computers to work with Rando or Rewind.

Drag the licence from the cloud to your computer in iLok License Manager.
