My export doesn't line up with my project

Turn on Smart Drag. When Rewind runs as a plugin with your DAW playing, it knows your tempo and tells you which bar to drag the capture to, so it lands exactly where you originally played it.

Settings → Export → Smart drag: Off, On, or Force Loop.

As a plugin, Rewind also shows tempo information inside the regions themselves, so you can see where things fall before you drag.

Getting the tempo to read correctly

Turn on Preserve Tempo Export and Rewind adds a little silence to bring the loop exactly to a bar line, which helps your DAW identify the tempo of the exported file.
